| schema:text | Classification by activity, 1 each. (a) RC-405 'Scanned documents and call recordings' is reported as a class defined by format or medium (anomaly class-defined-by-format): it groups scanned payment orders and card-block call recordings by medium, not by the activity that produced them. (b) RC-405 is retired, not renamed with the same content: RT-409 goes to a live class under AC-040 and RT-410 to a live class under AC-042; the medium stays metadata. (c) Every live class carries one retention code and every record type in it needs that code (inventory, plus S-1 R-01, S-2 R-04, X-1 R-05): RC-405 mixed R-01 payment scans with R-03 fraud-report calls, so RT-410 must end in a class carrying R-03, not the R-01 RC-405 gave it. RT-407 is not graded here (see I4a). en |
