(b) 0.5: the reference model ISO 8000-110 is the part on master data exchange (syntax, semantic encoding, conformance to requirements), not a process model: it is replaced by ISO 8000-61, the data quality management process reference model. (c) 0.5: the processes become those of ISO 8000-61 - data quality planning, control, assurance and improvement (resource provision and data processing may be added) - instead of 'data quality measurement' alone.
