| schema:text | Goals that serve a driver and can be checked. (a) 1: QG-002 '99% data quality across all data' has no driver: it is retired, or rebuilt as a goal for one named driver (D-01, D-02 or D-03), and the reason given is that data quality is fitness for a use, so one target over all data, whatever it is used for, says nothing about any use - not merely 'the driver is missing'. (b) 1: QG-003 'Better depositor data' has no measure, threshold or date: it gets a checkable measure of D-02 (for example the share of depositor records passing the scheme's single customer view validation, or the number of depositors held under more than one customer record), a threshold and a date no later than the next DGS test file (2027-09-30). (c) 0.5: QG-005 cites D-04, the DMO's own tooling plan, which is a means and not a business driver (no cost, regulatory, customer or risk effect): QG-005 is retired, the tool staying in the roadmap as QR-001, or re-tied to D-01..D-03 with a measure of that driver. (d) 0.5: QG-004's measure, the mean pass rate of all rules on the loan data mart, neither follows what D-03 is about nor tells anyone what to act on: it is replaced by a measure of the arrears status itself (for example the share of loans in collections whose arrears status agrees with days past due in loan servicing), with a threshold. en |
