| schema:text | The root cause of OB-001, behind a green headline. Restating, recomputing or ranking the scorecard earns nothing here. (a) 1 point: OB-001 is located: the 1,040 pre-2016 failures and the 40 from 2016 - 10 August are as in June (1,060 and 40), and the whole rise is app onboardings from 11 August - 880 of 900 (97.8 %), with branch (0 of 1,160) and partner (0 of 1,050) onboardings of the same weeks clean - so the green 99.3 % hides a channel that fails almost every time, and CA-001's pre-2016 explanation is rejected for the rise. (b) 2 points: the root cause is the change that produces it: app release 4.2 (CH-02, 11 August) sends tax residency as a list, taxResidencies, while the onboarding service (OS-MAP v3.8) stores only taxResidencyCountry, so the country the customer declared is dropped - an interface or mapping (design) cause, tied to the evidence. 1 of the 2 points when the cause is pinned on release 4.2 or its self-certification screen without the mechanism. Nothing for 'app customers skip the question' (the screen is mandatory), for the CRM migration, or for legacy records. en |
